Business Development Sales Executive

  • Location: Norwich, Norfolk.
  • Role: Sales, Phone & Field Based.
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent. 37 hours per week.
  • Required: Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactively identify and target new companies that could benefit from their product.
  • Visit customer premises to present technical solutions and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer and colleagues alike.
  • Manage and develop new accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Make outbound calls to qualify potential opportunities and promote products.
  • Work with the Manager on quotations, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Use sales software to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups, ensuring a consistent pipeline.
  • Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to the overall team goals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows to generate leads and strengthen networks.


What You'll Need to Have:

  • A proven experience in B2B sales or a strong retail/sales background.
  • Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Confident, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Happy to travel for customer visits and exhibitions.


Details & Benefits:

  • Salary Circa: £28,500 to £30,000 p.a.
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent. 37 hours per week.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (flexitime on start between 8.00am and 9.00am).
  • Holiday Allowance: 20 days + bank holidays.
  • The business closes over the Christmas to New Year period.
